Fescue for "sun and shade" uses. Perennial Ryegrass provides
for a fast establishment, while the bluegrass fills in later.

Bluemix is one of Seedland's best lawn mixes.. with an
improved Bluegrass for
turf type lawns. Excellent for use in transition area and Northern USA Kentucky Bluegrass
areas.
This mix is specially designed for new lawn establishment...Baron,
& BlueStar
and Kenblue are good turf-type, drought tolerant Bluegrass varieties. Mix
also includes
the turf type
Morning
Star or Shining Star Perennial ryegrass and a creeping red fescue
for shade tolerance.
