Seedland's Elite Bluegrass Mix Contains

This is Seedland's best elite "sun & shade" lawn mixes.. with the # 1 Kentucky Bluegrass variety for turf type lawns. This is an excellent transition area mix for central and Northern USA Bluegrass areas. This mix is specially designed for new lawn establishment and is one of the hardier drought tolerant varieties. Mix includes turf type perennial ryegrasses and a variety of creeping red fescue for shade tolerance.

Actual Seed Varieties In Elite Bluegrass Mix*

• 40% Bluegrass -- Currently variety Midnight Kentucky Bluegrass
• 40% Perennial Ryegrass selected from the following varieties:  Morning Star, Shining Star, Sonata , Peak or Wind Dance Perennial Ryegrass
• 20% Creeping Red - Lustrous, Razor or Boreal - Creeping Red Fescue

*Percentages and mixture ingredients / varieties subject to change. Midnight variety will NOT change and is always in mixture. Actual percentages will be less due to allowance for inert & other ingredients normal in seeds.

SEEDLAND ELITE BLUEGRASS MIX SEEDING RATES:

• 25 lb. BAG will seed approximately 7- 8,000 sq. feet
• New Lawns: 3 lbs to per 1000 sq. ft.
  One acre requires 135 lbs. acre.
  (110-330 lbs.@Hectare)
• Overseeding: Apply at about 1/2 rate - 1-2 lbs. per 2000 sq. ft.
