This is Seedland's best elite "sun & shade" grass seed lawn mixes.. with the # 1 Kentucky Bluegrass
variety for turf type lawns. This is an excellent transition area blue grass seed blend for central and Northern USA Bluegrass
areas.
This grass seed mix is specially designed for new lawn establishment and is one of the hardier drought tolerant varieties. Seedland's Elite Bluegrass mix includes turf type
perennial ryegrasses and a variety of creeping red fescue for shade tolerance.
