This is Seedland's best elite "sun & shade" lawn mixes.. with the # Kentucky Bluegrass variety for turf type lawns.  This is an Excellent transition area mix for central and Northern USA Bluegrass areas.  This mix is specially designed for new lawn establishment...  is one of the hardier drought tolerant varieties.  Mix includes a turf type Perennial ryegrass and the improved Flyer I creeping red fescue.

• 40% Bluegrass -- Currently variety Midnight Kentucky Bluegrass
• 40% Indy, Stallion Supreme, Morning Star or Shining Star Perennial Ryegrass
  (Or blend of 2 varieties above)
• 20% Creeping Red - Lustrous, Razor or Boreal - Creeping Red Fescue
