Kentucky Bluegrass Smart Seed™ from Pennington Seed is a premium grass seed blend of 3 to 4 Turf-Type superior blue grass varieties. This Blue grass Smart Seed™ is called so because of the Myco Advantage™, an exclusive blend of beneficial, all-natural root organisms that contribute to plant growth, enabling a smart lawn to flourish with much less water and work. The combination of Kentucky Bluegrass Seeds used in this blend produces a beautiful Emerald Green color. This Blue grass Smart Seed Blend produces a very fine bladed turf grass that maintains green color year round. This is a Penkoted Seed from Pennington Seed which protects seed against deadly fungus, increases root growth and makes the seed less attractive to birds.
Uses For Kentucky Blue Grass Smart Seed Blend
A cool season perennial grass, Kentucky Bluegrass Smart Seed Blend, produces one of the highest quality, most desirable looking lawns with aggressive self-spreading grass. This bluegrass blend reproduces by seed and spreads by underground stolons. It is naturally more disease and insect resistant than other grass varieties.
